We collaborate with Prof. Bi-Chang Chen's lab to build a fully automated Bessel ligthsheet microscopy, which can perform 40HZ imaging rate and 3D volumetric image.
The axiel swipe lightsheet is suitable for imaging various sample with different size and with different image resolution requirements.
This video was acquired with Bessel lightsheet microscopy. Imaging depth was 100 um, color coded. These olfactory projection neurons were labeled in GH146-Gal4>UAS-GCaMP6m flies. This fly was experiencing Apple Cider Vinegar stimuli.
We manually selected buttons of GH146 neurons and calculate each of their responses toward ACV stimuli
